With an eye for quality design and a passion for building, Peter oversees all daily operations at Bear Paw Builders. 30 years of building beautiful homes has given him a plethora of construction knowledge and expertise. As a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, he enjoys staying active in the community, dedicating much of his time to local organizations such as the Home Builders and Remodelers Association (HBRA), Wilton Historical Society and Wilton Land Conservation Trust. In his spare time, he can usually be found milling his own lumber or cooking a gourmet meal for his family.

An integral part of the Bear Paw team, Steve has spent his entire career working in the real estate industry. He joined the company in 2000, initially raising capital and acting as a liaison with lenders, but soon become involved in all aspects of the business. His calm demeanor and painstaking attention to detail make him the perfect intermediary between clients and subcontractors. Steve volunteers much of his free time to coaching youth lacrosse.
