How We Build

Lot Selection

The right neighborhood makes all the difference. Decades of living and working in Fairfield County gives us unique insight into the intricacies of each community in the area – an advantage we pass on to our clients.

DESIGN

In coordination with an architect and/or a designer, we’ll iron out the details of your new home. Here we’ll decide on interior details (cabinetry, millwork, flooring, etc.) and exterior details (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.), as well as the floor plan and construction budget.

Construction

Every aspect of the project is overseen by Bear Paw to guarantee accuracy and efficiency. We take great pride not only in our craftsmanship, but also the level of transparency and communication we provide. We’ll be there every step of the way to ensure that your new home turns out exactly the way you envisioned.
